We appreciate the choice can be endless when choosing your Costa Blanca holiday accommodation. and it's difficult to make the right decision, so below are a few more details, to help you envisage both the inside and out of our villa, here on the Costa Blanca.

Set in a 300 square metre plot, in a quiet cul de sac of 6 villas, with the added benefit of no through traffic, the outside area is safe and secure with intercom access on the pedestrian gate and a lockable sliding gate on the driveway.

On the terrace, there are 4 sun loungers for lazing on the terrace overlooking the 6m x 4m south facing pool. (The pool is fully maintained all year round, for your safety and comfort during your stay).

On the large front porch, there is a glass dining table with seating for 6 people, together with additonal comfortable seating for 4 people. At the rear of the villa is a separate BBQ terrace complete with gas BBQ and tools for your use and seating for 6/7 people.

There is also a secluded roof terrace complete with a sun lounger to catch the last of the sun at the end of the day.

Accommodation Facilities

This page gives you a better insight into our villa in Los Montesinos on the Costa Blanca. Herrada Villa is a spacious three bedroom and two bathroom property which sleeps a maximum of 6. It boasts a spacious living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen with outside utility area. It also has a roof terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

Master Bedroom

This large airy room has views over the garden and palm tree. Complete with king size sleigh bed bed and  32" flat LCD TV and and freesat HD. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a superb vanity unit with large illuminated mirror, modern fixtures and a fully tiled walk in shower. The en suite is also furnished with a hairdryer

Bedroom 2

This bright twin room also has views over the garden and palm tree, furnished with comfortable twin beds and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom has view to the BBQ terrace to the rear of the terrace and enjoys the afternoon sunshine. Complete with a double bed and air conditioning.

Main Bathroom

The large family bathroom is equipped with bath/shower over, basin, WC, and bidet; it is also furnished with a hairdryer

Living/Dining Area

This spacious airy room has been furnished to a high standard. With 3 large comfortable leather sofas, original oil paintings, a BOSE IPod docking station, large 32 inch LCD TV complete with Blu Ray player, video/DVD, Sony PS2 system and UK HD freesat TV and a library of DVD and PS2 games for all ages, this is the perfect place to relax.  There are three large windows allowing the sunlight to stream in throughout the day. The dining table seats four and is ideal for family meals; we can also provide a high chair for babies.

The Kitchen

The large kitchen has plenty of storage and is well equipped with. The kitchen inventory includes - a fridge freezer, separate wine chiller, gas hob, electric fan assisted oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, saucepans, serving dishes, and plastic crockery and glass for safe use around the pool area. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The outside utility area houses the washing machine and laundry equipment

Roof terrace

Our private sun-terrace is the perfect place to get away from everything. It has a wonderful view over to the salt lakes; it is perfect to catch the last rays of sun in the evening.

Notes on Costa Blanca holiday accommodation

The villa is fully air conditioned (both hot and cold) throughout. There is Wi Fi broadband internet access - simply bring your own laptop or PDA! It is suitable for children, and we can also supply a cot and a high chair on request. There is also an electronic safe installed to keep your valuables safe and secure.

This is not just a rental property, but also our family holiday home, we have furnished it to a very high standard and taken great care in adding those little extra touches of luxury, such as towels and bedding from John Lewis and M&S, to try and make it a home from home, we really hope you enjoy your stay here.
